Registration open for WorldSkills Croatia Conference 2025

Join the international skills community in Dubrovnik, Croatia in October 2025 and be part of the global movement shaping the future of TVET.
WorldSkills Croatia will host an international conference on 14 October 2025 in Dubrovnik, Croatia, as a key side event of the WorldSkills General Assembly 2025 (12–17 October).
Under the theme “Skills (r)evolution. Empowering the future with skills development and TVET”, the conference will convene international organisations, policymakers, industry leaders, educators, and youth to explore the evolving landscape of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). Discussions will focus on how skills development can address global challenges through innovation and collaboration.
Confirmed speakers include:
· Andreas Schleicher, Director for Education and Skills, OECD
· Manuela Geleng, Director for Jobs and Skills, European Commission
· Kristine Naltchadjian, Regional Director, Coursera
The programme will feature a dynamic mix of plenary sessions and interactive workshops, covering topics such as the impact of AI and automation on the workforce, strategies for enhancing TVET adaptability, and the role of skills in fostering sustainable and circular economies.
Registration is free and open to all interested participants - not limited to attendees of the WorldSkills General Assembly. Optional packages are available, including transfers, accommodation and meals. The registration deadline is 19 May 2025.
