Dear Christelle
As far as I know, all the SAD-files can be saved in DXF.
and then imported into Illustrator or into the Corel Draw.

Then it can be saved again as a PDF file in 1: 1 scale.

If you send me a Lectra file in DXF, I’ll try to create a PDF format.
